While we can accept the cruelty of nature, nearly 40 percent of women lie about having their period as an excuse to not have sex or go out.
The online survey of 1,000 women found 38 percent admitted to pretending to be on their period to avoid sex and other activities.
The top reason for the lie was to avoid exercise, while one in seven used it to avoid having sex.
Nearly 20 percent used it as an excuse for being in a bad mood.
A little honesty goes a long way, ladies, you can’t be on your period all the time!
