Woman, 32, Posed As 14-Year-Old Boy To Have Sex With Girls

A woman who pretended to be a boy to pursue a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old girl has been ordered back to jail for failing to report her address change. A court official says a judge in Hamilton, Ohio, sentenced 32-year-old Patricia Dye to six months in jail today with credit for nearly five months already served.

She will have to serve 38 more days in jail.

Dye was arrested in December in California after failing to notify authorities in Ohio of her move.

Dye, who pleaded no contest last month, must serve two years’ probation after finishing her jail sentence.

She had to register as a sex offender after her 2010 conviction for contributing to the unruliness or delinquency of a child, sexual imposition and attempted sexual imposition involving the teen.

She also served six months in jail.

Detectives started to investigate Dye – who, at 4ft 11ins is much shorter than her 5ft 5ins victim – after she ran away from a hotel the two had been living in for three days.

The girl told police said she had sexual contact with Dye both before and after she turned 16.

A prosecutor’s spokesman said Dye, who was arrested on June 30, 2010, also admitted attempted sexual imposition and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

‘I’m even scared to walk my dog,’ the victim said in a statement read by assistant county prosecutor Julie Kraft. ‘I used to trust people. Now I don’t.’

Prosecutors say 31-year-old Dye fooled and dated at least two teenage girls, although charges were filed in connection with just one.
