Jay-Z is setJ to make his return to South by Southwest. Hov has partnered up with American Express for the “Amex Sync Show” which will broadcast SXSW 2012 live on Youtube from Austin City Limits on March 12 at 7 pm CST time and re-broadcasted on-demand from March 13th to the 19th. The ROC will definitely be in the building.
