California, get ready for another celebrity campaign for office. Kim Kardashian has announced her intentions to be mayor of Glendale, California, and plans to run for the position in about five years. Ryan Seacrest, who produces her family’s reality shows including “Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” released an unaired video clip from her sister’s E! reality show, “Khloe & Lamar.”

Kardashian, Katy Perry support Kanye West at Paris Fashion Week

Kardashian said: "I just love what he designs. Look at me, I'm dressed head to toe in his stuff.

"In my view he's a creative genius, I think he creates beautiful clothes that women want to wear."

The website noted that Kardashian was wearing the new pearl-covered Kanye West for Giuseppe Zanotti calf-leather heels, which are priced at $5,800.

West returned to Paris Fashion Week this year with his second womenswear collection, having previously made his debut in September 2011.

Earlier this year, West's ex Amber Rose said that she forgave him for allegedly cheating on her with Kardashian when they were together.

Poor Kim Kardashian! She actually has to work (AGAIN) on New Years Eve.

If you call getting your hair and makeup done, hopping in a limo, walking a red carpet, nibbling on free food, drinking free bubbly and wearing a free designer dress at a New Year’s Bash at Tao in Vegas actually ‘working.’

Most people would call that ‘partying’ but in Kim Kardashian’s world, parties are big business and always have been.

The size of her “Tao Party Girl” paycheck is a reported $600,000. But that includes a multi-event deal. No word on how many of these glitzy affairs the poor girl will have to attend. We do, however, wonder who her New Year’s Eve date will be now that her soon-to-be-ex-hubby Kris Humphries is permanently off her ‘plus one’ list.

BTW, she also worked NYE at Tao in the Venetian last year (see the promo above) and advertised the appearance with a link on where to buy $200 tickets on her website. She wrote: ” New Year’s Eve is one of my favorite nights of the year. Time to celebrate everything you’ve achieved in the past year and look forward to everything to come in the new year.
