Chill Hill Media used “Thomas Elliot” to conduct one of the funniest and coolest social experiments ever. Using his actual first and middles names, and a few strategically placed extras, Elliot caused a frenzy in MacArthur Center in Norfolk, Va., by convincing people he was a celebrity. Mall security even fell for the charade.
